What kind of people work there?
This company employs people from all walks of life. The team comprises people from the age group of 20 years to 55 years. The company goes beyond the conventional domain while recruiting employees. Here the skillset of a person enjoys more importance than the qualifications.
That is why people from diverse backgrounds work with this company.
How do you feel about it?

The people working here are from all walks of life. To look after the production process, there is a team of highly qualified engineers. For sales and dispatch, the organisation utilises the services of retired people.
And the best part about this company is that it has allied with rag pickers who collect plastic waste and deposit it with the company. The company pays them for this service.
How do you feel about it?
This company is a blessing for our nation because it employs the weaker sections of society. Most people working here are those who used to find it challenging to make both ends meet due to a severe financial crunch. However, now they are living a respectful life because of permanent employment.
Moreover, due to the initiative of this company the looks of my city has changed. These days it is difficult to find waste plastic bags in our city.
