Sample 1

Introduction

Although I refrain from gifting valuable items, I would like to buy an expensive present for someone in my life.

To whom you would like to give

I want to give it to my younger sister.

What do you want to gift

I want to give her an automatic car.

Why do you want to give it?

I want to give it for many reasons. Firstly my sister is good at studies and can achieve greater heights. However, a lot of her time could be better spent travelling. Although her college is close to our home, the traffic congestion takes a lot of time. So when she has a car, it will be easy for her to commute.

She doesn’t know how to ride a bicycle, and due to this reason, I cannot gift her a two-wheeler. Moreover, I have to give her an automatic car only because she will find driving with manual gear challenging.

Driving an automatic car is extremely easy compared to a manual one because you need not follow the cumbersome process of manually changing the gears.

Lastly, my sister is the apple of my eye. So naturally, I want her to live an opulent lifestyle. That is why I have decided to gift her an automatic car.

How long would you need to save for it?

I have already saved some money for her, and I will take a loan for the rest. So in the next two to three months, I will likely buy a brand-new automatic car for her. However, due to my less budget, I won’t go for the fully loaded one.

Sample 2

Introduction

I dream of giving a gift to someone very close to my heart.

To whom you would like to give

I want to provide a valuable gift for my younger sister.

What do you want to gift

I want to give her a branded gold necklace.

Why do you want to give it?

It enhances the looks of a person. My sister has gorgeous eyes, and wearing a gold necklace would enhance her looks considerably. Moreover, it would raise her confidence too.

Another reason for gifting her a gold necklace is the value appreciation. There is no denying this conviction that gold is a limited resource, and its value appreciates over time. So this gift from my side will be a blessing for her because, unlike other high-priced gifts like cars and smartphones, the value of gold doesn’t depreciate.

Moreover, gold is forever, and if she doesn’t sell it, she can keep it with her without fearing that its value will depreciate; it doesn’t catch rust, and with a little bit of washing, it regains its old weight.

Lastly, I want to provide her support during challenging times. It is a gospel truth that hard times are a part of our life; during those times, our assets help us handle all the conflicts adroitly. The gold necklaces would come to the rescue of my sister if in case she experiences a financial crunch in the future.

How long would you need to save for it?

The necklace cost will be around five lacs, so I need two years to arrange funds.
