Although I know many people who help others, one of them, is unique and hence worth mentioning.

What is she like?

She is my next-door neighbor, and her name is Dr. Rimple Sharma. She is an altruist and philanthropist.

How she helps others?

She is a seasoned dietician who uses her knowledge effectively to bring health and well-being into people’s lives.

She organizes awareness campaigns at schools, colleges, offices, and banks to achieve her aim.

She motivates people towards physical workouts by telling them that it serves them two benefits. Firstly, it improves the outlook of the person who does it. After all, when we move our bodies by doing activities like yoga, swimming, cycling, etc., we start looking younger because we lose the extra fat.

Moreover, she says that a physical workout improves a person’s work efficiency because exercise increases mental stamina.

Apart from this, she tells that our weight loss thrives primarily on our diet, and if we do not eat all the nutrients in our daily intake, we cannot remain healthy. Furthermore, she advises intermittent fasting, in which we must take all means between 9 am and 6 pm.
