Introduction

In this contemporary epoch, fierce competition has become an integral part of our lives. Due to this, people often have to work for late hours, and getting up early, is a daunting task.

Being a busy person I prefer to enjoy my sleep till 9 am. However, on many occasions, I have to wake up early. One such instance had come into my life when I got up in the wee hours.

When was it? , and why did you get up early?

Last year there was an outbreak of the coronavirus in our country. Due to this, the country was in a state of lockdown for six months. Finally, when the coronavirus had weakened, the government lifted the lockdown. However, there was a condition of having vaccines administered.

Since I had to join my office, getting vaccinated was mandatory for me. I rushed to the nearby hospital to get the dose as soon as possible. To my dismay, the queue was long, and my turn did not come. I tried for three days without luck.

 I had realized that I had to think beyond the conventional domain to get myself vaccinated. I came to know that the vaccination drive starts at 6 am. To have my turn easily, I planned to reach the vaccination centre at 4 am. And with a lot of inconveniences, I got up at 3:30 am. 

What did you do after getting up?

After getting up, I had a bath, and I packed some snacks for breakfast. I reached the vaccination centre at 4 am. To my surprise, four persons were already there. At 6 am the drive had started, and I got vaccinated at 6:15 am.

How did you feel about it?

I felt good because my hard work of getting up before time bore fruitful results.

Conclusion

To conclude, getting up early is not that difficult. With determination, dedication, and discipline, we can develop this habit.

Introduction

Being a lazy person, I tend to get up late every morning. However, recently I tried to change this habit by getting up early in the morning.

When was it? , and why did you get up early?

It happened six months back. One fine day I decided to join a gym to improve my health. I took this decision after getting motivated by my friend who had managed to lose 10 kgs weight by joining a fitness club.

I decided to follow in his footsteps to improve my fitness. Since he used to go to the gym at 5 am, I too joined him by getting up at 4:00 am.

What did you do after getting up?

Immediately after getting up, I had taken bath after that I had a glass of milk. 

Since I was going for the first time to the gym, I picked the necessary things like a water bottle, wristband etc.

How did you feel about it?

In the beginning, I had a feeling of discomfort and, I had decided to hit the sack again, however, I persisted and went to the gym with my bosom friend.

Although initially, I was finding it difficult to do exercise in the wee hours, I started feeling comfortable after 15 minutes.

Moreover, after doing a workout for one hour, I was in a state of flow.

Conclusion

That day was a turning point in my life because I started following the right trajectory to maintain good health.

Introduction

Being a lazy person, I have this uncanny knack for waking up late every morning. However, on many occasions, I have to get up early. Recently I had such an instance when I got up in the wee hours.

When was it? , and why did you get up early?

I am a big-time cricket fanatic. Last year the Indian cricket team was in Australia to play a test match series. The match in Australia started at 3 am according to Indian time, I woke up early that day to have a close look at the game.

The reason for such a massive change was my unconditional love for the cricket game. That was the last day of the match, and India had to score 300 runs to clinch the series. The game was in a topsy-turvy situation, and due to that, there was tremendous excitement in both Indian and Australian fans.

What did you do after getting up?

Immediately after getting up, I called my friends to join me at home. After that, I had taken a shower to click a selfie. Needless to say, I posted that selfie on various social media platforms.

After that, I had made tea for myself and sat on the couch to watch the live match.

How did you feel about it?

Although initially, I had a feeling of laziness, I became active after half an hour. My hard work of waking up early paid off, and due to the dazzling performance of, the players India won that match with flying colours.
