Introduction

I am a social butterfly; I love interacting with people to exchange knowledge and ideas. Recently, I met a fantastic person, and my interaction with him is worth mentioning.

Who was the person?

His name is Andrew, and he is a motivational speaker. I met him at my friend’s birthday party and being like-minded, we became good amigos that day.

What topics did you discuss?

Our conversation started with essential topics like Bollywood, sports, food, etc. But after some time, I asked him a few questions regarding self-development.

As he is a voracious reader and reads a boatload of motivational books, I told him I do not have enough time to read books, so tell me the secret to success in five minutes.

He accepted my request and told me the recipe to success: not to try to go beyond the conventional domain and follow successful people.

He explained to me with an example that if someone wants to start a new YouTube channel, instead of creating something new, he should follow the other successful YouTube channels in his field, copy their style, and produce better content.

According to him, we require motivation to advance in life, and our small successes help us lead our lives toward an impressive growth trajectory.

He further said after achieving initial success and earning some money, we can focus on experimenting with new ideas.

How did you feel?

The interaction with him altered my mindset and led to a paradigm shift in my perspective. Moreover, I was full of beans after meeting him. We are best buddies, and the quality time spent with him will remain etched in my memories.

Apart from this, various alternatives to plastic would come, and the tendency of people to use plastic-made products will nosedive. Due to that, water pollution will plummet, and marine species will live a comfortable life.
