Therefore, learning new ways of living a healthy lifestyle of monks has always motivated and inspired us and the next generation of children.

In this way, it changes our well-being and causes laziness, especially in the new generation. A healthy lifestyle is a different game in our lives, and it helps us focus more on our studies and do daily exercise. It helps us focus more on our studies and do lots of exercise; the study also tells us to eat a balanced diet all day and not eat outside food.

They have affected many people’s daily schedules, and people mostly enjoy watching them while sitting on their sofa and eating fries or popcorn. It has affected their health and well-being; they have become more familiar with watching these platforms on their mobile phones, TVs, or tablets. Thus, to overcome this problem, they can start playing their favourite sports, like cricket, outside with their friends, eat a balanced diet and continue living healthy lifestyles.
  10. After senior secondary school is over, college admission students have 4-5 months before starting college. The students can learn new skills during this time and can explore themselves. They can learn new programming languages and develop their skill set. They can join some club or society. They can also learn some new things rather than choosing a sedentary lifestyle. It will help them be active and fully utilize their time for a better. These skills will help them in their college studies and when they work.
