What it is?

There is no denying this conviction that health is wealth. In Chinese culture, people drink hot water instead of cold water.

Whenever guests visit their house, people serve hot water. It seems like a simple practice, but it brings collosol benefits because it is intuitively true that drinking cold water is detrimental to our health.

On the other hand, drinking hot water keeps our gut neat and clean. Moreover, our digestive system remains in good shape.

How did you learn it?
