Introduction
I am a social butterfly; I love interacting with people to exchange knowledge and ideas. Recently, I met a fantastic person, and my interaction with him is worth mentioning.
Who was the person?
His name is Andrew, and he is a motivational speaker. I met him at my friend’s birthday party and being like-minded, we became good amigos that day.
What topics did you discuss?
Our conversation started with essential topics like Bollywood, sports, food, etc. But after some time, I asked him a few questions regarding self-development.
As he is a voracious reader and reads a boatload of motivational books, I told him I do not have enough time to read books, so tell me the secret to success in five minutes.
He accepted my request and told me the recipe to success: not to try to go beyond the conventional domain and follow successful people.
He explained to me with an example that if someone wants to start a new YouTube channel, instead of creating something new, he should follow the other successful YouTube channels in his field, copy their style, and produce better content.
According to him, we require motivation to advance in life, and our small successes help us lead our lives toward an impressive growth trajectory.
He further said after achieving initial success and earning some money, we can focus on experimenting with new ideas.
How did you feel?
The interaction with him altered my mindset and led to a paradigm shift in my perspective. Moreover, I was full of beans after meeting him. We are best buddies, and the quality time spent with him will remain etched in my memories.

I am a party lover and have attended many parties; I met an exceptional person worth mentioning at one of them.
Who was the person?
Last year, I attended my college reunion party. All our friends brought one guest to widen our social circle.
I met an interesting person, Philip, who came with my friend Andrew.
What topics did you discuss?
After spending a few minutes with Philip, I realised he possessed tremendous knowledge and decided to discuss it with him.
The main topic we discussed was how the world would be by 2030.
According to him, the most significant change will happen in the automobile sector, as we all know that the consumption of fossil fuels is the main contributor to pollution. The use of petrol and diesel-run cars will decline by 2030, and electric vehicles will acquire their place.
Apart from this, various alternatives to plastic would come, and the tendency of people to use plastic-made products will nosedive. Due to that, water pollution will plummet, and marine species will live a comfortable life.
Additionally, most students will opt for online education after passing school, and the focus will be on skill development instead of getting good grades.
Moreover, we discussed upcoming careers such as robotics, genome sequencing, blockchain technology, etc.
How did you feel?
I felt enlightened because my interaction with him substantially increased my knowledge. I spent two hours in his company, but the time passed quickly.
The two enchanting hours I spent with Philip will permanently be etched in my memories.

Introduction
I am a party animal and attend an event every weekend. However, recently, I met an interesting person at a birthday bash, and my interaction with him is worth mentioning.
Who was the person?
This person was a YouTuber named Vivek, who posts videos regarding cars.
What topics did you discuss?
We discuss the future of cars. Firstly we discussed the way ahead for petrol and diesel cars. According to him, the growing popularity of petrol and diesel cars on the road will nosedive, but the oil companies will decrease the fuel price. Due to that, such vehicles will only be partially out of the streets.
After that, we discussed the future of electric cars. Vivek told me that the engines of such vehicles are a little advanced right now. But the engineers are leaving no stone unturned to produce electric vehicles that will be as efficient as conventional cars in terms of performance. He further said that in the next two years, the prices of electric vehicles would be the same as traditional cars. Due to that, the percentage of consumers shifting to electric vehicles will increase considerably.
Moreover, we discussed emerging cars with flex engines that would run on petrol produced from ethanol. Such cars are in their infancy, but their future augurs well.
Our discussion ended with the conclusion that the picture will be clear by 2025, and that is the best time to buy a new car.
How did you feel?
The interaction with him was knowledgeable for me. He had immense information regarding cars, and by spending time with him, I enhanced my knowledge of automobiles considerably.

Introduction
While partying, I meet many people. One of them is worth mentioning.
Who was the person?
The person was a fitness coach named Navneet. He was 40 years old but looked like a 25-year-old youngster. In our first interaction, he inspired me, and I spent two hours with him.
What topics did you discuss?
We started our discussion by discussing how to remain fit. Navneet said that we need sufficient physical activity and a balanced diet to maintain fitness.
Firstly, he said that exercising five days a week is vital. It helps us burn the extra fat stored in our bodies. When we follow a sedentary lifestyle, our metabolism gets affected, and our body burns fewer calories.
Furthermore, he said that exercise tones our muscles, which helps us improve flexibility. We need not indulge in a rigorous workout. A schedule of walking and running for five days a week is more than enough.
He also told me to keep a strict eye on what I eat. According to him, our fitness thrives primarily on the food we consume. Therefore, according to him, we should refrain from eating sugar as much as possible. Furthermore, he advised me to eat fried food in moderation.
Lastly, he told me to practice “Intermittent fasting”.In this technique, we need to take our meals between 6 am to 6 pm and only eat something from 6 pm to 6 am. According to him, this is the best way to maintain optimum weight.
How did you feel?
The two hours I spent with him were enchanting. He brought a paradigm shift in my thinking about diet and exercise. The lessons he gave me have helped me get a clean bill of health. I am blessed to have a friend like him, and interacting with him makes me a happy camper.

I met a good person at the party—my friend’s friend—who I was meeting for the first time. He is also like my friend; he is generous to everyone. He came with his family, who the party’s host invited.
We just discussed things, such as where he is coming from, what hobbies he likes, and all, and he was like us only, like the hobbies we do only. He is also good at many things and better at studies than us. My friend and I and my friend’s friend became good friends.
Whenever I talk to him, I feel excellent. Once, I also went to his house, and he treated me very well. I have gone there more and more times with my friend. Whenever he goes there, I also go there because I like going there. I also met many friends there and made them my friends. I enjoy meeting new people, making them friends, and talking to each other.

There is no denying this conviction that politics, religion, and gender are the topics we must avoid during discussions. The other person may not be in solidarity with our political idealogy. We must also refrain from discussing religion and respect others’ faith.

4. What’s the difference between chatting with friends and new people?
When we chat with friends, we can discuss various topics without many restrictions because we know their likes and dislikes and speak accordingly. However, when we meet new people, we first attempt to decipher the nature of the person we are communicating with, and based on the initial discussion, we frame our questions.

Chatting with friends means that we can talk about anything and share our personal views with our friends because we have been with them for so many years, but with new people, we can share only the official or public opinions of something.
5. How good is listening to motivational speeches?
Listening to motivational speeches is a prudent approach. There are many reasons for this. Firstly, listening to pep talks charges us because we often lose motivation. After all, we are doing things the same way in such a scenario. Listening to these talks encourages us to think beyond the conventional domain to bring back a spark in our work.
Apart from this, all motivational speeches have one thing in common. They focus on remaining positive by shunning negativity from our lives. There is no denying the conviction that a positive attitude is a must-have for success in life.
Hence, it is worthwhile to listen to motivational speeches.
6. How do people start a conversation?
People start a conversation by saying or wishing people hello or just greeting them, then they ask their name, or they will ask how they are, and the conversation begins and can go to any topic.
7. Is it difficult for Indian people to talk to foreigners?
Sometimes, it is difficult for people to talk with foreigners because foreigners mostly speak English. They do not know Hindi, but most of the population in India speaks Hindi. They cannot speak English fluently, so they cannot communicate easily with foreigners.
8. Why are some people unwilling to have conversations with strangers?
People who are introverted and they are scared to talk to people because they think anybody can harm them. They are always in that mood and do not like talking to strangers.
