Introduction
Being a creative person, I have this habit of doing exciting things. And on many occasions, I have earned accolades for that.
Two years persons, I did an interesting thing by getting inspiration from someone.
Who is this person?
My dad inspired me to go beyond the conventional domain to help others.
What they inspired you to do?
Two years back, there was a lockdown in my nation due to the corona pandemic. Because of low immunity, many senior citizens remained indoors to save their lives.
My father left no stone unturned to provide unabated support to the older adults so they could live their lives with pride and dignity.
I wished to join my father in that noble cause, but he had a better plan for me.
How they inspired you?
He inspired me to create a single platform to help all senior citizens. I formed a Whatsapp group connecting all the senior citizens and vendors from items like groceries and vegetables.
My idea worked like a charm, and the senior citizens felt good after that because instead of calling all vendors one by one for daily needs, they started sending messages.
After a few days, the system went into auto mode and is continuing to date.
How do you feel?
I am happy as a clam because I have done something for the senior citizens who always help the youngsters to lead their lives towards an impressive growth trajectory.
The heaps of experience the elderly have helped us to handle conflicts adroitly by taking advice from them.
Therefore we must help senior citizens during challenging times.
Sample 2
Introduction
In life, we often go through challenging situations, and in such a scenario, we need inspiration from others to bounce back. I got inspiration from someone worth mentioning in one of my lean phases.
Who is this person?
She is Dr Rimple Sharma, and she works as a dietician.
What they inspired you to do?
I had to stay indoors two years ago due to the corona pandemic. During that time, I indulged in binge eating and gained much weight. Post lockdown, I joined the college, but because I was overweight, people used to pass offensive comments on me.
To lose weight, I joined a gym and did a rigorous exercise for two months, but I did not get the desired result. After that, I tried aerobics and yoga, but the result was the same. Being a failure at weight loss, I went into depression and stopped attending college.
Seeing my plight Dr Rimple Sharma my next-door neighbour, came to my rescue. She inspired me to lose weight under her supervision.
How they inspired you?
She inspired me by explaining to me the process of weight loss. She told me that to lose weight effectively, we need not focus on exercise much; instead, we should focus on mindful eating.
She told me to eat my meals between 7 am to 7 pm to practice intermittent fasting. Although her advice did not convince me, as I had kittens, I decided to try it as I had no other option.
Her advice worked like a charm, and I got the desired result in three months. I got back in shape, and my depression went for a toss.
How do you feel?
I felt good about it because the advice of Dr Rimple Sharma brought a paradigm shift in my life, and I became a confident person.

Last year the world came to a standstill due to the corona pandemic. As there was a lockdown in my nation, I could not go to my office. During that time, my mother inspired me to learn the guitar.
How they inspired you?
She inspired me by becoming my coach. She learned guitar in college and had heaps of experience as a guitarist. Every morning after finishing the household chores, we would sit on the balcony and play it.
As I am an impatient person who could go nuclear on trivial issues, my mother did everything from soups to nuts to encourage me to learn it. Firstly she showed me the videos of famous guitarists who have carved a niche for themselves and led their lives toward an impressive growth trajectory.
Secondly, she described to me how playing the guitar would bring a paradigm shift in my personality by making me a patient person.
Initially, I had kittens because I did not get on swimmingly with playing the guitar, but my mother did not lose hope. She persisted and always remained full of beans while teaching me.
