Sample Answer 1
Introduction and who your friend is
There is no denying that habits play a pivotal role in our lives. When we develop good habits, we achieve tremendous success. On the other hand, bad habits make us go through a lean patch in our lives.
Being a success-oriented person, I like to acquire the good habits of others.
These days I am following the footsteps of my bosom friend Andrew to improve my fitness.
Andrew used to be a bulky person. However, he has lost tremendous weight by changing his food habits.
What habit does he/she have?
To lose weight, Andrew does intermittent fasting. To do so, he takes all his meals between 9 am to 5 pm. From 5 pm to 9 am, he drinks water only and doesn’t eat any food items.
By adopting this habit, he has brought a paradigm shift in his life.
Although he is thirty years old, he looks as if he is just 21 or 22 years old.
When you noticed this habit?
I noticed this habit of his when we both went for a trip to the hills together. We stayed together for one week. During that time, I had observed him closely and realized that he takes his habit of intermittent fasting very seriously, and due to this initiative, he is a fit person.
And explain why you want to develop this habit?
I want to develop this habit to lose the extra weight I have. I have the aim of becoming a fit person. To achieve my objective, I have tried many times with little success.
Now I would develop this habit to lead my weigh-loss journey towards success.
Conclusion
To conclude, we must always strive hard to embrace the good habits of others.
