In the modern era, we depend mainly on online shopping to save time. However, on some occasions, we do not get quality service.
Many times I have had bad experiences in online shopping, and one of them is worth mentioning.
When did it happen?
It happened last year during the Diwali Sale.
What did you buy?
I bought a water bottle that had a Bluetooth speaker inside it. The purpose of purchasing that bottle was to listen to music while going for a walk. Because whenever I go for a walk, I take my water bottle to quench my thirst.
What problem you had?
The bottle was good, with a nice shape and elegant design, and had no leakage. However, to my dismay, its speaker didn’t work.
I immediately called customer care and complained. The concerned executive told me the company would replace the bottle within seven days.
But for the next fifteen days, I didn’t receive any communication from the company side. As I was upset, I wrote a bad review of the company on the website “mouthshut.com”.
To my joy, I got a call from the company, and an executive came with a new bottle and took the old one.
Furthermore, I got a mail from the company where they apologized for their mistake and told me to remove the review I posted.
As I got the replacement, I deleted the review posted by me on “mouthshut.com“
And explain how you felt about the experience.?
The experience was terrible because, for a bottle worth 10 dollars, the company made me run from pillar to post. However, posting a bad review worked like a charm for me.

Our central focus was on enjoyment, so we ordered ready-made snacks that required reheating. I went to the nearby store and purchased the snacks in large quantities.
What problem you had?
No doubt the food was tasty, but all our family members suffered from food poisoning the next day. The store owner gave us locally-made snacks instead of branded ones; moreover, the packing had no expiry date.
Due to this experience, my family started the new year on a bad note.
And explain how you felt about the experience.
The overall experience was terrible. I immediately called the store owner, but he was unwilling to accept his mistake.
After that, I complained to the food and supply department. Their team visited the store and took all ready-to-eat snacks in their custody.
After a week, the report suggested that the eatables sold were of extremely bad quality with many preservatives. The concerned department imposed a huge fine on the store owner.
From that day onward, I stay away from ready-to-eat food items.
