1. What are the differences between a big company and a small company?
Big companies usually operate on a global scale, so it is a dream for many people to get a job in big organisations. The other benefit is that the company provides a handsome salary to its workforce and offers other facilities like health insurance and free holidays.
Small companies, on the other hand, operate at a low level generally confined to a city or a state. These companies in most of the cases provide fewer salaries with very few extra facilities
2. Are there many big companies in your country?
My country is in the process of becoming a developed country from the nascent stage. Hence, there are numerous large organisations of my nation which have made their name at the international stage.
3.How can a small company grow big?
A small company can grow big by following an impressive growth trajectory. To do so it has to remain innovative and honest.
5. Should big companies donate more to charities?
Yes, because big companies strengthen their bottom line with the help and support of the general public. Hence it is their bounden duty to donate charities as a part of their corporate social responsibility initiatives.
6. Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?
No, because there is no denying this conviction that the law is equal for all, so whether a company is big or small, the same process of punishment should be followed.

I live in the hinterland area that is quite far from the main city. Therefore there is no big company in my hometown.
8. Is it difficult to get a promotion in a large company?
In big companies firstly there is fierce competition and secondly lot many steps are there in the promotion process, Hence, getting promoted in a large organisation is a daunting task.
