In the contemporary epoch, there is a rise in the number of students who do not concentrate in class. This essay will discuss the principal cause for this issue is a stereotyped way of teaching and submit an innovative curriculum as a viable solution, followed by a reasoned conclusion.
To begin with there is no denying this conviction that the main reason behind children’s less interest while studying in classrooms is the age-old practices of teaching. It is an accomplished fact that teaching techniques have changed with time and today’s children thrive primarily on technology for fetching information. On the contrary, the lessons in educational institutions are still imparted through conventional methods. Due to this children, these days are switching to other platforms for gaining knowledge. Youtube is a prime example where millions of students get knowledge from various content creators from the comforts of their homes.
The most feasible solution to attend to the issue of less interest by students in the classrooms is revamping the education system. The teachers need to be educated in audio and visual content for providing quality information to the learners. Moreover, techniques such as group discussion and role-playing should be a part of the training program. The changing environment in educational institutions will lift the morale of the students, and they can lead their careers towards an impressive growth trajectory. For example, the attention level of school children in Japan is high than in other nations because of the adoption of new learning techniques.
