In this contemporary epoch, fierce competition has become an integral part of people’s lives: due to this reason, there are a few people who contribute to society. I am fortunate to work under the aegis of an altruist person who always goes beyond the conventional domain to help others.

Who this person is?

She is a renowned dietitian and nutrition expert. Her name is Dr Rimple Sharma.

How do you know him/her?

A few years back, I was going through a lean patch in my life. During that time, Dr Rimple Sharma brought a paradigm shift in his life. He provided me with unabated support to handle my conflicts adroitly.

What type of work does he/she do?

She runs a non-profit organisation. She changes the lives of people by making them fit and healthy.

Her Ngo organises awareness camps in various cities, towns and villages.

And explain why you think he/she contributes to society?

The primary purpose of her workshops is to make people aware of the importance of a balanced diet in our lives. In the seminars, she delivers lectures and tells people that the contribution of exercise to good health is just 20 per cent. And eighty per cent of our well-being relies on what we eat? how we eat? and When we eat?

She advises everyone to adopt the practice of intermittent fasting by taking all meals between 9 am to 6 pm. Her seminars are a boon for society, and numerous people have benefitted from her initiatives.

Conclusion

In my opinion, the world needs more people like Dr Rimple Sharma to make it a better place.

Being an altruist, I am a staunch supporter of people who contribute to society. For the last ten years, I have been following a motivational speaker who is providing support to people through various means.

His name is Sandeep Maheshwari, and he is a renowned motivational speaker, photographer and Youtuber.

How do you know him/her?

About ten years back, I was going through a lean patch in my life. During that time, one of my friends recommended I attend a live session of Sandeep Maheshwari. After listening to him, there was a paradigm shift in my attitude, and I became a happy person.

What type of work does he/she do?

Mr Sandeep Maheshwari has always strived hard to change people’s lives through his teachings. He primarily discusses three topics.

His first topic of interest is career options for the new generation. In his videos, he provides tremendous knowledge regarding the growing fields. Recently in one of his videos, he discussed blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and many other domains.

Moreover, he always tries to motivate the youngsters by creating awareness regarding the concepts like gratitude, mindfulness, compounding and many others. He also provides knowledge regarding fitness and diet.

And explain why you think he/she contributes to society?

He contributes to society because he thinks that people have given him more than enough, and not it is his turn to reciprocate.

Moreover, he gets satisfaction by putting the youngster’s life on the right trajectory. For him, money is secondary. His primary motive is to provide unabated support to all the sections of society.
