1. Do you like walking?

Walking is an excellent stressbuster; I love doing it whenever I feel exhausted. Apart from this walking is a mode to keep me fit and handle my mental and physical health which thrives primarily on walking. Moreover, it gives me a chance to remain in touch with my friends because after having a walk with them I feel rejuvenated

2. Do you like to walk on your own or with others?

When it comes to walking, I prefer doing it alone in the morning as it gives me time to talk to myself. However, I enjoy walking with my friends and discussing my day with them in the evening.

3. Would you say your city is a good place for walking?

As for my city, it’s an excellent place for walking with numerous parks and gardens. There’s also a great walking culture where people love to walk together and share their joys and sorrows.

4. Do people in your country walk a lot?

In my country, doctors highly recommend walking to stay fit, so people often do it as a form of exercise.

5. Do you think walking is important?

Walking is a crucial form of exercise that benefits your physical health and improves your mental well-being. It allows you to clear your mind and think beyond the usual.

6. Do you think you will keep walking as a part of your routine in the future?

Despite the tough competition and burden on my shoulders, I plan to continue walking as a daily routine because it serves as an excellent stress reliever and helps me stay connected with my community.

7. Do you think walking in the countryside is better than walking in the city?

I prefer walking in the countryside over the city as it offers natural scenery, greenery, and fresh air.

8. What could be done to improve the walking experience in cities?

Walking in cities can be improved by creating dedicated areas such as parks and gardens, providing a pollution-free and peaceful environment for walking.
