Sample 1

Being an ardent sports lover, I admire numerous successful sports persons. One of them is special and hence is worth mentioning. He is none other than the erstwhile captain of Indian cricket team, Mr. Virat Kohli.

I know a lot about him because I have been following him for many years. In real life, he’s a very gentle person. He’s a very humble person.

Despite so much success, he attends everyone with a graceful smile on his face. And there are numerous achievements which he has made and out of that. The first one is that he has maintained a lot of fitness.

Before his entry into the international cricket, in Indian cricket team, fitness culture was not there. The players were good at their respective fields, but they were not that much athletic. But Virat Kohli brought a paradigm shift in their performance by setting the right precedent.

So first he improved his physical attributes by following a very different kind of diet regime and then a very different kind of fitness lifestyle. And following his footsteps, other cricketers also started emulating him. And due to that, the performance of whole Indian team improved considerably.

And his biggest achievement was that India was unable to beat Australia in a series in Australia for about 40 years. But under his captaincy, India achieved this feat. And I admire him because of his determination, dedication and discipline.

He has remained disciplined in his life and he’s a role model for the future generation. Whether people are working in entertainment fields, sports fields or education fields, they follow the lifestyle of Virat Kohli to lead their life towards an impressive growth trajectory.
