It is impossible to help all the people of the world, so governments should focus only on the people of their own countries. What extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is a daunting task to provide unabated support to all the individuals across the globe, so the central focus of the governments must remain on the people of their nations. I entirely disagree with this statement because helping other countries is a prudent approach to fighting disasters and strengthens the economy.
To begin with, helping other nations in turbulent situations is a wise approach because it plays a substantial role in dealing adroitly with the disastrous repercussions. There is no denying this conviction that any nation can face challenging times, and supporting them, by all means, can help them get out of it and lead the country towards an impressive growth trajectory. In such ways, it is always easy for people worldwide to handle natural calamities and other conflicts. For instance, Nepal came out of a financial crunch due to the unstinted support of other nations after the earthquake.
Moreover, providing support to other nations contributes significantly to strengthening business relationships and fastening the economy of the nations. It is intuitively true that the import and export of all nations thrive primarily on the healthy relationship between other countries. Therefore staying strong with others in their tough time plays a vital role in enhancing trade business and making the nations eligible to cross a critical threshold to unlock a new level of performance. America is a prime example that helps other countries during unforeseen contingencies by going beyond the conventional domain, and it is the prime reason behind its growth.
To conclude, although some people postulate that it is impossible to provide help to people around the world, this is a worthwhile preposition because it plays a significant role in dealing with disasters and fastening the economy.
