Sample 1

Usually, when I purchase something, I keep that thing for a long time because I’m not impulsive and make informed decisions before buying something. However, I recently bought something which I would like to return: a PlayStation gaming console.

I bought it last month from a shopping mall; I want to return it for many reasons. The first and foremost reason is that it is highly addictive when I start playing games on this, so the minutes get converted into hours. I planned to play for 10 minutes, but when I checked, I had usually played for more than one hour, so I returned it.

The second important reason is that it is not suitable for my eyes because while playing the game through this, I need to sit close to the screen and keep looking at it. That also affects my eyesight because I recently checked with my eye specialist, who told me to refrain from using the screen for a long time.

Another fundamental reason is that it is disturbing my sleep. It is because blue light is produced whenever I play this game, and I have this habit of playing it before going to bed, so blue light harms the production of the melatonin hormone in our brain. And that hormone is necessary for inducing sleep. So, due to that, my sleep cycle has also been disturbed, and I have already called customer care to return it because they have a return policy of two months. So very soon, their guy will pick it up from my place.

Follow-ups

1. What do you think of advertisements?

In my opinion, advertisements are an integral part of our lives because they help us become aware of the various products and services in the market. Moreover, they have entertainment value because many advertisements have chemical characteristics that create laughter. On the contrary, advertisements lead to inflation because they increase the cost of the product. After all, if a celebrity is endorsing a product, the price of the celebrity is borne by the end user.

2. Do you think physical stores will disappear in the future?

I think physical stores will not disappear in the future because online shopping has limitations where people need things at their disposal immediately so they will switch to physical stores only.
