Introduction
- Being a fitness freak, I have this habit of going on bicycle trips.

- I planned this trip last month.

- The government imposed strict rules and regulations.
- The city residents had to spend seven months in the comfort of their homes.
- When the administration lifted the lockdown, I had a sigh of relief.

Where you went?
- I went to the nearby hill station.
- To make this trip a fascinating one, I invited my bosom friends to join me.
What happened during the trip?
- The trip started with a reunion of all my friends.
- The journey has two many scenic views. We clicked selfies over there.
- To pamper our appetite, we had lunch at a multi-cuisine restaurant.
- We met a lot of like-minded people during the journey.

1. Do people in your country often travel by bike?
A large section of society, especially from economically weaker sections rides a bike to travel. These days people are becoming fitness conscious. That’s why people from the rich and middle class too are often seen on bikes.
2. Which is more convenient, a bicycle or a car?
That depends on the place you are giving. If you are travelling within the city for a short distance, then the bicycle is the best option because it can defy the traffic congestion. On the other hand for long distances car is the best option because it not only saves time but also provides comfort.
3. Do you think that children should learn the skills of riding from an early age?
Yes, because firstly at a tender age it is easy for them to learn how to ride a bicycle and secondly practising on this skill develops the reflexes of children.
4. Do you think cycling is a good way to exercise?
Cycling is a perfect exercise for all the age groups because it is a combination of both cardio and strength training. Therefore it provides immense benefits.
