Introduction
- During my school days, I used to stay in New Delhi. However, because of the job transfer of my father, my family had to shift to Chandigarh.
- Everything happened so quickly that I could not take the contact details of my friends.
- I wanted to contact them, but due to my busy schedule, I could not search for them.
Who he or she is?
- One day I received a call from a stranger. After taking for a few minutes, I realized that it was from one of my bosom friends from school.
- His name is Kunal.
- We were classmates for ten years.
- His family owns a gym in New Delhi.
- Instead of moving to some other city for work, he joined his family business.
What he or she is like?
- He was a mediocre student.
- However, he excelled in sports
- He is a state-level cricketer, and now he is planning to start a coaching academy
- He pays excessive heed to his looks, that’s why he always remains well-dressed.
How did you get in contact?
- We both had been trying to contact each other for many years through social media. But luck did not favor us.
- But he was fortunate to find my brother on Facebook. Through him, he got my contact number, and we connected after a long gap.

1. What is the influence of social media on friendships?
Social media influences friendships in two ways. On a positive note, it helps people can remain in touch with their friends even if they stay far away from their near and dear ones. However, it restricts face to face conversations.
2. Why do people lose contact with each other after graduation?
After passing graduation, most of the people start taking life too seriously. They focus more on their job and career. Hence, they are left with less time to make contact with their near and dear ones.
3. Do people in your country like to make new friends?
People in my county have amicable and friendly nature, that is why they love to make new friends.
4. Do you think old friends are more important to the old generation or the young generation?
There is no denying this conviction that the old generation treats old friends more importantly than youngsters. With their heaps of experience, they realize the significance of old friends.
