Although I have had to adapt to a new environment many times, one such instance is special and hence worth mentioning.

It happened years ago when there was a lockdown in our nation due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was in a hostel, and my family told me to come to our native village, and that was the first time I went to the countryside to spend a few days and that was an altogether new environment for me and adapting to that environment was a challenge in task for me because there was nothing much to do.

In the beginning, I disliked it very much, but with time, I adapted to the new environment, I started eating organic food, and instead of using my smartphone, I enjoyed roaming in the fields and doing some farming activities too, so it was as if I was in the lap of the nature.

After this experience, I became a changed person. Earlier I used to have a sedentary lifestyle, however, I follow an active lifestyle these days. Moreover, my eating habits have changed a lot, and I have less stress in my life. To conclude, staying in the village for two months brought a paradigm shift in my life.
