Introduction
There is no denying this conviction that photographs play a vital role in our lives. Although I have an assemblage of photos, one of them is spesh, and hence it is worth mentioning.
When did you take this photo?
It is a selfie that I took last year.
What is this photo about?
Last year due to the corona pandemic, our nation was in lockdown, and. because of that, I had to sit indolently at home for a few months.
During that time, I gained a lot of weight and started looking bulky. The people of my township turned to body shaming, and I was in depression.
I followed a strict diet plan with regular exercise to escape that situation. For six months, I worked with determination, dedication and discipline.
And when I finally lost weight, I was in a state of euphoria.
I clicked a selfie and posted it on social media with my changed looks.
Why do you feel proud of the photo?
I feel proud because I took a challenge and fulfilled it. The whole journey was an arduous task for me, and many times I lost the willpower to pursue the goal further.
But still, I carried on because I had a hunger to become successful.
That photo makes me feel proud. Whenever life gives me lemons, I see that picture and motivate myself to work hard during challenging times.

My brother clicked this photo on the result day of my 10th class examination.

During my childhood, I was an average student who used to find it challenging to get a decent rank in the class. I tried very hard but couldn’t get success.
Seeing my plight, my older brother came to my rescue, and he told me that the reason for my failure was my lack of consistency. As per him, not following the timetable was the reason for my failure.
He observed that I used to put the effort in 3 days a week and would waste time on rest days.
Although I was not fully convinced by his advice, I followed it. I regularly followed the timetable for the next six months with determination, dedication and discipline.
