IELTS WRITING TASK 2
In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is important. Why might this be the case? Is this a positive or negative development?
There is no denying the fact that the phenomenon of having a personal house instead of paid one plays an instrumental role among individuals due to its various spot-on benefits. But, unfortunately, most of the public similarly reckons on the uniform line of the statement. This essay will discuss The reasons behind this mentality and its optimistic outcomes in the upcoming paragraphs.
Initiating with the reasons, the first school of thought is that people are worried about their meticulous social status. Despite having lovely moral virtues, society has judged a person according to this financial situation. As a consequence, the majority of society’s people don’t like to live in rented homes. Furthermore, despite living under the control of anyone yet, there is one trend that having your own house is crucial among individuals in a few countries.
Seeing these reasons with a brighter mind, it is visible that many outstanding changes occur after applying this thought process. Likewise, much money has been saved by people not paying monthly rental fees. Moreover, although living under pressure comes from the owner of the house, individuals are becoming stress-free and long-living. Scientists and modern economists also ponder the same as above because the money you save by not paying rent helps you buy an asset.
To recapitulate the reasons mentioned above for personal housing and measurable positive changes, even though the given case might also have demerits, the merits of applying this mindset play a pushover role in many major countries.
