My name is ABC, and I have been a regular customer of your rental agency because of the impeccable service offered by your company. Last week, I rented a car from your company for my official visit to Vegas. However, to my dismay, this time, my experience with the services rendered by your company was highly unpleasant. The AC broke down in the middle of my journey, and despite making many calls to customer support, they have not taken corrective measures.
I made a call to the support and explained the issue with utmost clarity. The team assured me to resolve my complaint within the next 8 hours. It has been over two days now, but no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. These unprecedented delays are extremely discomforting, as I have to drive a car in this scorching heat without the air conditioner.
To conclude, my experience with your company has been upsetting this time, and I would therefore request you to give me an upgrade so I can at least travel back comfortably. Besides that, I would like you to adjust the rental cost that you have charged on my card, as per the rental policy.
