Sample Answer
These days youngsters are moving to urban areas either for studies or work across many countries. In my opinion, it’s a positive development. Firstly, young people can develop their financial status. Secondly, they gain work experience.
Migrating to the city empowers the youngsters to experience the new environment and culture that exponentially improves their financial standing. Young people have to move around to get a seamless education that will support them to get better job offers. Education is a significant factor to lead the future of the youngsters towards an impressive growth trajectory. People can have handsome salary offers when they graduate from a reputed organization. Chandigarh city is the prime example that welcomes a sizable number of migrants. The city provides free education and scholarships for college students.
Furthermore, people can gain considerable work experience. These days the excessive focus is laid on practical knowledge. People working directly with customers can handle the conflicts adroitly. Hence, there is a demand for people in urban areas, and the companies usually pay off at higher rates. In addition to that, this also contributes to the country’s economic growth. For example, India today reported that most of the leading IT companies in India while recruiting, give preference to candidates with quality education or work experience.
To summarize, the practise of leaving a rural area is worthwhile because young people can gain better experience and fulfil their family needs by earning more money. Also, they can prepare for a future career by gaining adequate work experience for themselves.
