You have recently ordered an item through the Internet, but are not happy with the purchase. Write to the company. In your letter:

I am a loyal customer of your organization because of your impeccable services. I had gone through multiple online shopping portals and got attracted by your deals and customer reviews. Last month, I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner in your online shopping portal. To my dismay the service provided by your company is unpleasant.
Firstly, the product arrived late. As mentioned on the website, the product delivery takes 4-5 business days. Apart from this, the delivered device produces a rattling sound while operating. To register the issue, I have called your customer care department numerous times. To my dismay, I haven’t got a satisfactory reply yet, because your company follows a tedious process to submit complaints.
I would recommend you to take a possible course of action. You need to refund the money instead of delaying it furthermore. In addition, your customer care team needs to adopt stringent yardsticks for providing services, as the reputation of a company thrives primarily upon the feedback of its clients.
