Sample Answer 2

Introduction

As far as eating is concerned, I shy away from doing experimentation. However, recently, I exercised my taste buds

by eating a special delicacy

When did you have it?

Last month, the state government provided a relaxation from the lockdown. Since I was in a state of depression because of remaining indoors for six months, I decided to unwind by going for a long drive with my friends.

Where you ate it?

During the drive, we stopped at one of my friends’ hometowns, Kotkapura. There, he took us to a famous eating joint in his hometown.

 What it was?

That restaurant serves a unique mouth-watering delicacy by the name of Atta Chicken. Its recipe is also beyond the conventional domain. The first step is to marinate chicken with exceptional ingredients, firmly covered in a muslin cloth with a rich casing of kneaded flour, and bake it in a slow-fire oven. After the hardening and blackening of the flour shell, the chef cracks it up gently, and the dish is ready.

How did you feel about it?

Although I was apprehensive about trying it, I tasted a bit of it at my friends’ insistence. It was so tasty that I ate one portion.

The best thing about this chicken is that it contains more proteins and fewer empty calories. So you can have it without fear of gaining weight. Moreover, the slow baking process makes it more alluring.

I am so mesmerized by the taste of this food item that twice a month, I go to Kotakapura city with my family to taste it.
