Sample 1
In our lives, we have many demands, and sometimes they are met, and sometimes they are not, so today I want to talk. For instance, when I was looking for something badly and suddenly got it without much effort, it was three years back when there was a coronavirus pandemic. There was a lockdown in my country, so I remained indoors. I gained a lot of weight because of my sedentary lifestyle.
I used to indulge in mindless eating, so when the lockdown was over, when I went out, people used to body shame me because of my being overweight. At that time, I was looking for advice on how to lose weight. I tried many things like gymming and yoga, but didn’t get good results.
So, at that point, one of my school friends took me to his cousin, Dr Rimple Sharma, and she told me that the secret to weight loss is not exercise. It is your diet because 80% of your weight loss depends on your diet and just 20% on exercise, so she devised her plan for me. She gave me advice on quitting sugar from my diet, and the following advice she gave me was intermittent fasting, which means taking all my meals between 6 AM and 6 PM, so her advice worked like a charm for three months.
I lost a lot of weight. My double chin was gone. I got six packs and started feeling fitter rather than shaving myself; people began complimenting me, so one piece of advice changed my life. That was when I got something I wanted.
