How do you know him/her?

During the lockdown, I became obese because of doing less workout.
During that time, one of my bosom friends suggested me to contact her for weight loss.
With her support, I had lost weight, and we became good friends.

Explain why you think this person is polite?

I think the way she handles her work makes her the most polite person I have ever met.
Being a dietician, she usually gets those clients who want to lose their weight at a brisk pace.
So her primary task is to handle those people who are highly impatient.
I usually see at her clinic patients coming with a lot of tension on their faces.
Sometimes they use bad words while talking to her.
But she politely handles them and tells them that the weight loss journey is not an easy one and getting impatient is normal for any person going through this process.
Further, she tells them that to remain calm and enjoy the weight-loss journey by following the procedure laid by her with determination, dedication and discipline.
All those people who come to visit her come with grave concerns.
However, when they leave her clinic, they have a broad smile on their faces.
Her working style is worth watching.
Due to these reasons, I call her my mentor.
Under her aegis, I am trying to become a patient person like her.
