You have bought a new camera but when you got it home you found it had some problems. You returned the camera and spoke to the company representative a week ago but the camera has still not been repaired.

Write a letter to the company.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a loyal customer of your “ The best Cameras” company because of your impeccable services. To my dismay the service provided by your company was highly unpleasant on my last visit to your Burlington location.

I purchased a camera from your company last week for my personal use. The camera was working during the demonstration process but the day after I had a family event in which I tried to click some pictures. I found that my camera was not working. To you it may seem trivial but for me it was a colossal problem because it was my daughter’s birthday function. I returned the camera to your company and spoke with the representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired.
The possible course of action you must take is to either repair or replace the product. I have implicit faith in your company and I believe that you will resolve my problem as early as possible.
