Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Vivek Goyal, a resident of Sector-30, Chandigarh, India. I am writing to notify you about the negligence of the municipal corporation regarding a broken road in front of my house which is causing us unbearable discomfort.

The road has been in broken condition for almost two years. It is a grave concern for all the residents living here. There are so many potholes on the road, which get filled with water during the rainy season. As a result, it becomes a cumbersome process to travel on the road. It is a colossal mistake of the municipal authority to neglect this issue for so long.

All the residents of the city have implicit faith in the municipality, but these kinds of things can tarnish your image. You should get the road repaired as soon as possible and initiate a proper investigation into why this has been neglected for so long.
