Sample Answer 1
So many doctors say that people do not have enough physical exercise. It is because of the advancement in technology which turned most jobs online and with machines that reduced physical tasks. The possible course of action people can take is to exercise every day, every day, for an hour.
Technological advancement is the most prevalent cause of the decline in physical exercise in today’s world. Nowadays, most of the jobs are remote. So, people do not have to move from here to there to do their office work. In almost every profession, 80% of jobs are sitting jobs for almost eight or twelve hours, so individuals do not get time to walk around or do some physical exercise due to their busy schedules. For example, Internet technology companies, HR, receptionists, government office workers, etcetera, have to work on computers almost every day, which decreases the physical exercise rate.
A possible action people should take is to give at least one hour of exercise at home or the gym every day. It is essential for every working individual, incredibly remote, to have some physical exercise to keep themselves fit and healthy. Adding it to their everyday routine will increase the rate of physical exercise in today’s world. For example, there are so many Gyms around this world that are open 24 hours, have affordable monthly fees, and provide all the necessary exercise equipment.
To conclude, advancement in technology has turned most jobs remote, which decreased the amount of physical exercise among people. Individuals should take one hour to do some physical exercise to stay healthy.
