There are many activities which I do to keep myself fit and healthy. One of them is unique, and hence it is worth mentioning. That is going for a walk in the morning and the evening.
I do it with my friends in the evening, whereas I prefer to do it alone in the morning. Activity is essential for keeping fit and healthy because these days we have a sedentary lifestyle. Due to that people move significantly less from one place to another and due to that they gain weight. So walking is an exercise where your complete body is involved. So when you walk, you remain fit.
Apart from that, physical health is also suitable for your mental health. Because when you walk, especially alone, you talk to yourself. So you have clarity of thoughts. So this is the way it helps you. So it can help me stay fit and healthy physically and mentally. Because on the physical side, it burns calories and strengthens your muscles.
And on the mental side, as I told you earlier, it leads to clarity of thoughts and rejuvenates your mind. It refreshes your mind. Moreover, when you talk to people while walking, you create a good social bonding. So it’s a perfect activity that keeps me physically and mentally fit, and I prefer to do it every day.

Students should provide physical education to students because in the budding. Students gain knowledge about physical education, which is beneficial for them later in life because good habits acquired in the budding years can help them maintain good physical fitness and impart physical education. There should be a dedicated period for physical education every day, and apart from that, students should engage in sports under the close supervision of trainers.

Technology provides unabated support in keeping us fit because these days, we have a lot of devices which track our body movements and help us recognize our weak areas, and we can work on that. Fitbit is a prime example of how we can learn whether our heartbeat is going fine.

I think so. Using popular celebrities’ stardom is prudent to help build better health awareness because youngsters follow them as role models. If they say something good about fitness, youngsters will follow in their footsteps, so it’s a good idea.
4. How can parents help and guide their children to keep healthy? Parents can help and guide their children to stay healthy by telling them the benefits of being healthy. Apart from that, the parent should encourage the children to participate in physical activities. As far as eating is concerned, parents should inculcate good eating habits in their children.
5. What do people usually do to keep fit and healthy in your country?
In my country, most people focus more on exercise to keep themselves healthy. They do not focus much on diet, so people join a gym for swimming classes, and some join yoga to keep themselves fit.
6. How do children and older adults keep fit and healthy?
Children keep fit and healthy by not doing much because, in their daily routine, many physical activities involve going to school and playing sports. In the evening, they also play with their friends, and as far as older adults are concerned, they maintain fitness by having regular morning and evening walks, so that is what they do.
