Sample 1
I live in a very peaceful and congenial neighbourhood. Many neighbours are very close to me. However, one of them is very interesting. That’s why I share a special bond with him. He’s a fitness trainer, and I have known him for the last three years. So, as far as doing activities together is concerned, we exercise every day, whether in the morning or evening, and we do it regularly.
Twice a week, we do yoga together. He’s an interesting person. His name is Andrew. He’s interesting because he always thinks beyond the conventional domain and has a different view of life. So, if I talk about fitness, for which I’m associated with him, in fitness, he also does out-of-the-box things.
Most people say that exercise keeps your body fit, whereas Andrew says you need to focus more on diet to have a fit body. So, according to him, 80% of your contribution is to your diet and your fitness, and 20% is to exercise. That’s why he suggested I do two things. The first is to take all means between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. to encourage intermittent fasting by caring for our circadian rhythm.
The second suggestion he gave me was to eliminate processed sugar from my diet. So, these pieces of advice worked like a charm for me because I was an unfit person earlier. I was obese, but under the guidance of Andrew, I became a fit person, and that’s why I like him. He’s an interesting person, not only in the fitness domain but in other domains. So, whenever I’m indecisive and have a problem, I contact Andrew for informed choices.
