There is no denying this conviction that photographs are an essential way to keep our cherished memories with us. For this reason, I regularly take photographs, and there are a few of them that I enjoy looking at, and one of those is worth mentioning.

So this photograph was taken by my dietician, Dr Rimple Sharma. It was taken at her clinic six months back, so this photo was about me before going to Dr Rimple Sharma. I was a very obese person because I gained a lot of weight due to a sedentary lifestyle, and people used to body shame me, so I did many things like joining yoga and the gym. Still, I did not lose weight until one of my friends recommended me to Dr Rimple Sharma. I went there, and she taught me how to lose weight. I need not exercise much. Instead, I should focus on my diet, so she advised me on my diet plan. She told me to quit sugar and take all meals between 6 AM and 6 PM to practice intermittent fasting.

Her advice worked like a charm, and I lost 10 kg in six months. Due to that, I started looking masculine, and when I went to her clinic to see her, thanks to her sushi, she clicked my photograph. The next day, she gave it to me in a frame. I have hung that picture on the wall of my bedroom, so whenever I see it, I get a dopamine boost because that picture tells me my success story. Whatever you do with determination, dedication, and discipline, you will get excellent results.
