Although I have met numerous people who love to read a lot, today I would like to talk about a person who is a voracious reader. He is my friend Andrew, and I have known him since childhood because we studied for ten years in the same class.
As far as Andrew’s reading habits are concerned, he mostly likes to read self-improvement books. Apart from that, he has an immense interest in politics and technology, and I think she likes to read a lot because he is hungry for knowledge.
Andrew is a person who regularly engages in debates and shows, so to give a spectacular performance in public shows, he needs to have a boatload of knowledge, and he firmly believes that we can amass infinite expertise by reading books.
That’s why he has this penchant for reading books of different genres, and this habit has helped him to carve a niche for himself during debates; I see him giving valid points because of the knowledge he possesses, and I feel perfect about Andrew, and even I am following his footsteps, even I have started reading a lot so that I also can become a knowledgeable person like him.

In this modern era, the habit of reading is declining because people love to watch videos and listen to podcasts. However, in such scenarios, there are a few people who still like to read a lot, and one such person is my friend, and his name is Rajiv. I know him because we work in the same company. I work as a digital marketer, and he works as a content writer and likes to read a lot.
So he told me that while watching videos, you tend to get distracted because you can do a lot of activities while watching videos, whereas when you read, your focus is 100% on the text. So that’s why he likes reading a lot.
This habit has worked like a charm because he has starved the niche for himself. Other content writers also see flashes of inspiration from him because he’s miles ahead of others. 5. Do you think parents should have their children develop the reading habit from an early age?
Parents must teach their children to develop this habit of reading from an early age because it leads to brain development. Moreover, children learn new vocabulary and carve out a niche because the reading helps them handle conflicts adroitly and makes them more confident when they give public performances or participate in debates.
6. Why are many people so keen on reading?
Many people enjoy reading because it leads them to a different world. Because when they read a book, they get the author’s experience. Many authors have heaps of experience and put whatever they have learned into their books.
So, reading a book written by a learned person brings a paradigm shift in your thinking.
