Sample Answer

Taking advice from others has become very important in our culture because most people have to take opinions from others before arriving at informed decisions. So as far as fitness-related advice is concerned, there is a person who is very popular in my city and his name is Andrew.

People like to visit him because he does things beyond the conventional domain. So, in this modern era, where most people tell you about going for rigorous exercises like weight training, aerobics, and yoga, Andrew has a different doctrine. He suggests focusing more on diet and less on exercise to maintain optimum fitness.

So, according to him, 80% of your fitness is your diet, and 20% is exercise. He advises everybody to follow the circadian rhythm, which means taking all your meals between sunrise and sunset and refraining from eating three hours before bed.

Another thing he recommends is that we should not eat refined sugar because that is detrimental to health. After all, refined sugar is a processed form of sugar that causes blotting in our bodies. So this advice of his has worked like a charm for many people.

So that’s why people from all walks of life contact him whenever they have fitness-related issues, and that’s why this person is trendy in our city. And I feel perfect about him because he has brought a paradigm shift in my fitness journey.

Earlier, I was an obese person, but under his tutelage, I have become a fit person. He’s a good trainer and a wonderful person like him is difficult to find. That’s why I seek flashes of inspiration from him, and one day; I would also like to become a fitness trainer like him so that I can bring an exemplary change in people’s lives.
