Being a social butterfly, I have a lot of friends, and I like most of them, and as far as describing a good habit my friend has is concerned, then I would like to talk about Andrew, and the habit he has is that he is a voracious reader. I noticed this habit when we were in 10th standard, we were studying together, and then I realized that his reading speed is excellent, and apart from that he has this ability to read different kind of books.

The books he likes the most are self-improvement books, and I want to develop a habit like him for the simple reason that this particular habit of reading a lot by becoming an ardent reader can bring a paradigm shift in your life, because reading does the same thing to the mind what exercise does to the body, because I have seen that during debates Andrew has a lot to talk about, and whenever I am in a tough situation, so Andrew has an answer because of the books he has read.

You talk about any self-improvement book like Atomic Habits, The Compound Effect, The Power of Now, Ikigai, and many other more like The Rich Dad Poor Dad, he has read all the books. I have tried a lot to follow this habit of reading books, but I have failed so far, so Andrew now has told me that he will provide me unabated support in reading, and now he has recommended me that I should not have a big target, I should read 10-15 pages a day, not 50-60 pages a day, and he said start small, when you do it for 10-15 days, then you will develop this habit and gradually you can increase to 50-60.

So the good time I have spent with Andrew will always remain etched in my memories, and I will leave no stone unearned to have the same habit like him, that is of reading.

Moreover, they should utilize their free time to learn some skill or spend time with the family.
