Being a city resident, I do not get a chance to visit the countryside often. However, recently I went to a village which is worth mentioning. This village is on the outskirts of Chandigarh, and its name is Malah. I went there last month with my friends for an excursion trip and felt good about it for many reasons.
The first and foremost was the clean and pristine environment over here. I live in a city with traffic congestion and pollution, so vehicles keep playing on the road. Due to that, many harmful gases are produced, increasing the air quality index. However, in the village of Malah, no such thing was there.
Only a handful of people were there and only a few vehicles. So that is the first thing which I like. The other thing I wanted was for there to be one or two eating joints, all of which served organic food. This place is a bit far from the city, so the residents consume the fruits and vegetables produced in the countryside and the eating joint where we had lunch. They served us incredible, organic meals, so they tasted lovely.
The third thing is that this place has a lot of scenic beauty because the hills are very close, the view is magnificent, and terrific ground over there. I played cricket with my friends over there, so I was mesmerized by the beauty of this place. I recommend that everyone visit it because it is a natural beauty that prompts you to think beyond the conventional domain.
