Sample 1

I have visited numerous cities, some of which have touched my heart. One of those cities is very special to me, and I would like to see it again. The city’s name is Mussoorie, and I visited it last year. Over there, I did many things, so first of all, the drive to Mussoorie is perfect. The best part is that Delhi is just 30 km away, so I had to drive by plane to Mussoorie.

Apart from this, it is a very planned hill station, which means despite being on hilly terrain, all facilities are available, like you get the food of your choice, and if you want to do shopping, you can do so, and big brands are also available.

And the best thing about Mussoorie is its climate, which changes every hour, so you feel like you are in the lap of nature. It’s a hill station with a lot of hustle and bustle in the city centre. However, there is serenity everywhere if you move to the other parts. For example, I went to Kempty Falls, where there was not much of a crowd, so it’s a big waterfall, and I enjoyed it over there. Apart from this, if you go towards the high side, you can also experience snowfall.

And I would like to visit again because I live in a city with traffic and pollution. So I get bored living in the same environment. Mussoorie is a place that provides me with much-needed comfort. So this is the reason I would like to visit again.

Follow-ups

1. What are the differences between the city and the countryside?

The basic difference between cities and the countryside is the facilities and environment. Cities have better education, entertainment, and medical facilities, whereas the countryside has a clean and pristine environment and less traffic and pollution.

2. Some people say large cities are more suitable for older adults. What do you think?

Large cities are more suitable for older adults because they have many people to care for in the large cities. Because many youngsters these days move to cities for a better future. Apart from this, older people get high-quality medical facilities in multi-speciality hospitals. In case of any unforeseen contingency, they get quality treatment. So this is the reason for older people. Large cities are more suitable.

3. Is it possible for the entire population to move to cities?

I don’t think that the entire population will move to cities. It is impossible because we need the countryside to produce crops regularly. If all people move to cities, then who will produce agriculture? If it is done, a large section of society would be deprived of basic vegetables and groceries.

4. Do you think people in the countryside are friendlier than people in the city?

People in the countryside are more friendly than people in the city because people are very busy. After all, they must run from pillar to post to make ends meet. Hence, much of their time goes towards traffic conditions, and they also experience much stress. Due to that, they do not have much time to interact with their near and dear ones. On the other hand, the countryside has a limited population, and most people know each other in the village, so there is more friendliness in the countryside compared to the cities.
