IELTS Speaking Part 1 Time Management

Are you ever late for anything? 

It has happened many times that I am late for my coaching and school. 

What excuses do you use when you are late? 

Honestly, there is always a genuine reason for me getting late.

 What excuses do people have when they are late? 

Some people’s excuses are unrelatable, and they think that the person on the other side is a fool. 

Are you good at organizing time?

 Honestly, sometimes I am good, and sometimes bad while organizing time. 

How do you organize your time? 

I make a chart to do any work systematically, and my main focus is to achieve the goals written in the chart I made previously.

 Is planning important for time management? 

Planning is very important for time management as any work we can do is done systematically by plan. 

Why do you think some people pay to learn time management?

Yes, a wide range of institutes teach people time management, but they also personally manage time. Some people pay to learn time management because they are very bad at it, and they think that by training, they will learn the skill because it is very important for a good life.

 Should children learn to manage time? 

Yes, children can manage time by their school period or tuition time as well as their sports time. 

Why do some people need help to follow their plans? 

Some people need to improve at planning and execution because they have less confidence and less focus.

How would you teach your children time management?

 I would teach my children time management by myself because if I manage the time properly, they also automatically do it. Because children follow the example, they will not follow advice.

Do older adults and young people similarly manage time? 

No, there is a lot of difference between older people and young people because they manage their time and work well before time, and young people are often late.
