Sample 1

The place where I saw animals was the Chhatbir Zoo in Chandigarh. I went there last year, and I went there with my family members to begin with. Firstly, I saw an elephant, and I saw it for the first time in my life. It was massive, and I was mesmerised after seeing it. Apart from that, I saw a hippopotamus. It was also huge, but the hippopotamus had glowing, glossy skin, unlike the elephant.

Apart from that, I saw a zebra over there and was mesmerised after seeing it because of its beauty. It was challenging to describe whether the black skin has white stripes on it or the white skin has black stripes on it. So that was a fascinating thing.

I felt perfect about the place because I live in a city with a lot of hustle and bustle, so every day I experience traffic jams and loud noises going to a zoo where there is a lot of nature where nature creations are and where there is a forest kind of environment, so it was a mind-blowing experience. I came across a different world I only imagined in my dreams, so I liked that place very much and would like to visit it again and again.

Even dogs are prevalent in snowy areas to transport humans from one place to another.

3. Do you think people are more interested in animals now than in the past?

Yes, people are more interested in animals now than in the past because, as far as the past is concerned, the primary focus of humans towards animals was exploitation, whether it was for travel or food. But now the focus has changed, and most people have become animal-friendly and do not want to harm them, so in the coming years, animal treatment may improve.
