Although I have made numerous challenging decisions in my life, one of them is exceptional and worth mentioning. After my graduation, I was in a dilemma about whether to do a job or business.

I had just one week to decide. That time, I was with my parents and brother. I pondered a lot about starting a business. Since childhood, I had this dream of starting a business. However, I went against it and decided to go for a job and for that, I had a lot of discussions with my parents and my brother and the reason why I opted for doing a job initially and then going for business because jumping into business straightway could have Jjeopardised my career. To run a business successfully, you need to learn the tricks of the trade.

That’s why I joined the job: when you work under someone, you learn, and then you implement the ideas you have acquired into your business, and the chances of you being successful are high. So, that decision to do the job worked like a charm for me because I learned many things during my employment, and from that, I gained insight into how to handle conflict adroitly. To conclude, the choice of going for a job before starting a business worked for me.
