In this contemporary epoch, many people follow unhealthy sleeping habits because of busy schedules and excessive use of technology. Here, I would like to talk about a time when I got up very early in the morning.

This incident happened a few months ago when I had to catch an early morning flight for a business trip.

I woke up around 4 o’clock in the morning because my flight was scheduled very early, and I wanted to reach the airport on time without any stress.

There is no denying this conviction that after waking up, I quickly got ready, checked my travel documents, and left for the airport. The roads were peaceful and less crowded at that time, which made the journey comfortable.

In this contemporary epoch, traffic congestion and hectic schedules have become pressing problems, so travelling early in the morning is often more convenient.

Initially, I felt slightly sleepy because I usually do not wake up that early. However, after some time, I felt fresh and energetic because the morning environment was calm and refreshing.

Moreover, I noticed that I was more productive and focused throughout the day.

All things considered, it was a positive experience, and it made me realise the benefits of waking up early.
