Sample Answer

So, this NGO employs many youths in my country, and many NGOs do it. They have released a designation for learning crowd networking as an intern. The NGOs are meaningful and provide transparent services to those they care for.

It employs around 30 to 60 interns every two months for at least two NGOs. These people have to create a network on their local level, and through connections, they have to generate funding for the NGO by talking to the people, convincing them, and showing them that they are well-trained for this process. These people also get the certification at the end, which can be used as a bullet point in their CV or resume.

This company or NGO and its operation are essential to my country because young people studying something need many opportunities to put in their resumes because they need to gain experience. So, applying for their first job helps them to have a point where they can talk about it because doing an internship in anything is valuable.

It nurtures the person in general, and crowd networking is also essential because it creates or generates funds for people in need. So, it serves both purposes. It creates a professional enhancement in the person doing it and helps those related to the NGO.
