You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter:

I am a loyal customer of your organization because of your impeccable services. Recently, I visited one of your franchises to purchase an Instant fryer for my renovated modular kitchen. I got impressed by the deals on that particular day, and I bought the equipment on the same day. To my dismay the service provided by your company is unpleasant.
The instant fryer had worked during the demonstration process, whereas it stopped working back home. Since I was upset, I tried to reach out to shop over a call to guide me in the installation process. One of the executives told me that a technician from the company would contact me in a day or two. Unfortunately, the team did not turn up within the specified turnaround time.
To sum up, I would recommend scheduling an in-person demo at home for one last time. Else, please arrange a reverse pickup to return the product and refund the money to my account. Additionally, the customer support team must adopt stringent yardsticks for providing services as the reputation of a company pivots around customer’s feedback.
