Dear Josh,

I hope you are doing well. I am very excited after hearing about your coming to Chandigarh for your job. It will be an excellent opportunity to spend some gala time together. For accommodation, I suggest you stay near the industrial area as most of the top multinational companies, including your company, have offices there.

In Chandigarh, you can avail of many public transport facilities for your transportation, like buses, rikshaws and cabs. I suggest you travel by cabs as you may face a heavy rush in buses and rickshaws during office hours. Moreover, you will feel comfortable and get more privacy if you hire a cab.

Additionally, there is a shopping mall near the industrial area with many shops, restaurants, and pubs where you can go and meet new people. There is a movie theatre also in that mall where you can watch any newly released movie.
