Completing university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job. On the other hand, ther people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

A few people state that students must go to universities for their education to get a reputable job. In contrast, others opine that they should gain experience and develop their communication skills. I am in solidarity with the former view that students should get higher education to get successful jobs. However, this essay will discuss both views.

A section of society believes that higher education is crucial to getting a reputed job. It is because most companies hire educated people who meet the requirements set in their company. There are various sectors such as Technology, Health and Science, Photography, Arts and Painting, etcetera. To work in those fields, individuals must develop their skills and have proper knowledge, so they must study that specific course. For example, several job postings are available online, and 90% of them ask for a college or university education to apply for a specific job.

On the contrary, certain people opine that achieving common skills and experience is more important to meet the demand for skilled occupations. Certain jobs require skilled people to meet their targets. These types of jobs are very rare; they need certain people and are not high-paid jobs. So, not everybody can get a job based on experience and skills. For example, Nursing, Doctors, Teacher, Police, and many other occupations need education from higher Institutes to get a job.

To Conclude, few people think education is important to get an excellent job, but others deem that people require skills and experience. Considering the benefits of education, it is worthwhile to pursue a university education.
